Benefits: DEMACRYL DL-4 prevents grain looseness, leads to a firm grain without hardening the leather, has a selective filling effect and is resistant to light. Application: DEMACRYL DL-4 is diluted with water at 40 – 60°C before adding to the drum. At pH above 4.5 DEMACRLY DL-4 penetrates into the leather. At pH below 4.5 DEMACRYL DL-4 will start to precipitate and is being fixed. In order to fix DEMACRYL DL-4, the final pH must be adjusted to 3.7 – 3.9. DEMACRYL DL-4 is also precipitated by chrome and alum salts. Handling & Storage: To ensure safe storage of this product, containers should be well sealed to prevent the water evaporation and skin forming. The product must be stored between 5-25°C for a maximum of 12 months and freezing must be avoided.

Product Review: DEMASYN PA is a synthetic tanning agent based on a condensation product of phenolnapthalene sulphonic condensate. Product Characteristics: Physical state Light brown powder pH ( solute. 1:10) 4,5 ± 1 Active Substance 90% ±2 Charge Anionic Benefits: DEMASYN PA shows a very high dispersing effect on tanning agents, such as vegetable extracts and syntans. DEMASYN PA has a limited astringent effect. Therefore provides a wild tanning effect without creating aggression on grain. DEMASYN PA gives softer leather without damaging fullness when used in combination with vegetable tannins.

DEMASYN SN

Product Review: DEMASYN SN a synthetic tanning agent based on a condensation product of naphthalene sulfonic acids. Product Characteristics: Physical state Light brown powder pH ( solute. 1:10) 7,5 ± 1 Active Substance 94% ±2 Charge Anionic Benefits: DEMASYN SN shows a very high dispersing effect on anionic products, such as vegetable extracts , syntans and dyestuffs. DEMASYN SN is anionic with a neutral pH. It does not effect the characteristic feel of chrome or vegetable tanned leather. DEMASYN SN increases the fixing rate of the dyestuff, and helps to obtain a uniform dye level on the grain with a deeper and more intense cross section of the leather.

Application: DEMASYN SN can be used for all type of leathers. Application in the dye bath before the addition of dyestuff will result in a much more uniform dye level and improved dye penetration. The offer of DEMASYN SN can vary from 2-4% for full intense colours and from 3-5% for pastel shades. Product Review: DEMAZINY SDD is a product based on condensation derivatives of dicyandiamide resin with tanning and neutralizing effect. Product Characteristics: Physical state Beige powder pH ( solute. 1:10) 9.0 ± 0.5 Active Substance 96% ±2 Benefits: DEMAZINY SDD is a powder easily water dispersible, with alkaline reaction. DEMAZINY SDD improves fullness especially in the loosely structured parts, with good firmness and fine grain. The leather treated with DEMAZINY SDD has very good dyeing properties and it’s stable to light.

Application: DEMAZINY SDD is used in retannage of chrome leather. lt is used un dissolved and can be combined with vegetable and synthetic tannins. Product Review: PELMATAN CV is a high-power film maker elastic filler resin. Product Characteristics: Physical state Milk-looking light viscous flows pH ( solute. 1:10) 6 Active Substance 50% Benefits: PELMATAN CV provides a very elastic structure owing to its elongation coefficient of 700%. Therefore, it is used for the impregnation of split leather. PELMATAN CV can be used for white leathers and its lightfastness is good. PELMATAN CV forms a transparent film therefore does not change the color.

Application: PELMATAN CV is mostly used for split leathers. Nubuck leather-looking smooth split leathers can be obtained by using PELMATAN CV. PELMATAN GTA

Product Review: PELMATAN GTA is a modified glutardialdehyde. Product Characteristics: Physical state Clear liquid pH ( solute. 1:10) 2.5 - 0.5 Active Substance 25% ±2 Benefits: PELMATAN GTA is stable to all mineral salts, therefore it can be used during chrome , tanning to improve the fullness and the physical resistance of the leather. PELMATAN GTA can be used as a pre-tanning agent only improving penetration and fixation of the vegetable tanning agent. PELMATAN GTA produce a full and yellow leather with a temperature of gelatinization higher of 80°C PELMATAN GTA imparts good softness and improves tear resistance on vegetable leather.

Application: PELMATAN GTA can be used in the pickle, tanning or re-tanning. Tanning: 0.5-1.5% on pelt weight together with chrome or during pickle when the pH is lower than 3. Re-tanning: 1-4% depending upon final article. Pre-tanning for vegetable tanning: 1-2% on pelt weight after a pickle to pH between 3 to 3.5 ,after two/three hours of running add the vegetable tanning agent either in new float or the same of the pre-tanning. Product Review: PELMATAN MGA is a mixture with modified glutaraldehydes for the pretannage and Retannage of all type of leathers. Product Characteristics: Physical state Clear Liquid pH ( solute. 1:10) 3.5 - 5.0 Active Substance 55% ±2 Benefits: PELMATAN MGA gives a very light color to the pretanned leather, which doesn't effect the final color shade of the leather. PELMATAN MGA used in the pretannage for wet white leather to increases the shrinkage temperature hides and skins. PELMATAN MGA can be used in combination with synthetic and mineral tanning agents. Product Review: Typical properties of PELMATAN NST are very good neutralization capacity on the chromic leathers, a well retannage nubuck effect and to be equalized of section pH. Product Characteristics: Lightfastness Good pH (solute. 1:10) 7 Active ingredient >90 % Light-colored Dust Benefits: PELMATAN NST can be used for miscellaneous purposes. It can be used for the neutralization of chrome tanned leathers single or together with conservative alkaline salts or with our product, PELMATAN NS-7. It is used as the equalizer of anionic dyes. Product Review: DEMASYN SHPF is a liquid synthetic tanning agent for wet-white. Product Characteristics: Physical state Brownish liquid pH ( solute. 1:10) 6.0 Active substance: 45% Benefits: DEMASYN SHPF is a light amber liquid synthetic tanning agent readily soluable in water. DEMASYN SHPF is particularly suitable for chrome leather retannage where round touch, softness with compact grain for garment and upholstery are required. DEMASYN SHPF thanks to its good lightfastness it is recommended for pale dyeing.

Product Review: PELMATAN SMA is a an acqueous solution of styrene maleic resin. Product Characteristics: Physical state Clear Liquid Active Substance 20% pH value (1:10) 9 ± 0.5 Benefits: PELMATAN SMA gives full, gummy leather. PELMATAN SMA gives a firm, very fine grain with good resistances to abrasion and tearing. PELMATAN SMA can be used on white skins.

Application: Depending on the desired article from 1 to 5 % after fatliquoring before fixation with acid for 30 mins. Before adding to drum always dilute with 1:5 with warm water. PELMATAN TCA

Product Review: PELMATAN TCA is a mixture of aluminum & chrome sulfate Product Characteristics: Appearance: Heterogeneous, greenish powder pH ( solute. 1:10) 4.0 Benefits: PELMATAN TCA is a mineral tanning agent that can be used in many phase of the leather production. PELMATAN TCA when used as dyeing auxiliary it improves brightness and intensity of the anionic dyestuff. PELMATAN TCA has good light fastness and good compatibility with cationic fatliquor. PELMATAN TCA improves the firmness and the buffing properties of the finished leather. Moreover it is particularly suitable for white and pastel shade colour.

PELMATAN TCS

Product Review: PELMATAN T/CS is a chromium-containing condensation product of phenolic sulphonic acids. Product Characteristics: Appearance at 20 °C Green powder Dry content min %93 pH- value (10 g/l ) 2.8-3,1 Content of Cr2O3 10,0- 12,0 % Benefits: PELMATAN T/CS standardize different wet blue leathers. This results in a considerably better batch-to-batch reproducibility. PELMATAN T/CS creates sites for binding both fatliquors and dyes, resulting in considerably improved softness, brilliance and shade intensity. PELMATAN T/CS is suitable as a pretanning agent. The leathers are noted for a particularly fine grain, pleasant soft handle and outstanding dyeability. PELMATAN T/CS is extremely suitable for chroming wet white leathers. Light fastness of the product is very good.

Application: In general, 2-4 % PELMATAN T/CS (calculated on the shaved weight) is applied prior to the neutralizing. For pre-tanning, 1-2% PELMATAN T/CS (calculated on the pelt weight) is applied after the pickle in the same bath. Product Review: PELMATAN TPF is a phosphite based sequestering agent with a high molecular chain which allows the reduction of the water hardness. Product Characteristics: Physical state Hygroscopic white powder pH ( solute. 1:10) 7.0 Benefits: PELMATAN TPF helps water and chemical penetration through the skin fibre. PELMATAN TPF used during soaking of raw skin, improves penetration of the water. PELMATAN TPF used during neutralization improves penetration of neutralizing and retanning agents. PELMATAN TX 25

Product Review: PELMATAN TX 25 is an oxazolidine based tanning agent. Product Characteristics: Physical state Clear Liquid pH ( solute. 1:10) 7.0 Benefits: PELMATAN TX 25 react with proteins to help improve the processing and finishing properties of leather PELMATAN TX 25 is an excellent choice for both chrome and chrome-free (metal and non-metal) wet white tannages. PELMATAN TX 25 used in chrome tannage, chrome discharge in the tannery effluent is significantly reduced while the quality of the tanned leather is as good as or better than that tanned with chrome alone. PELMATAN TX 25 with vegetable tannages can replace chrome tanning without sacrificing the physical and thermal properties of the tanned leather.

Application: PELMATAN TX 25 undergoes an irreversible reaction with collagen over a wide pH range and at a rate of fixation that is readily controlled by operating conditions. Although useful with pickled pelts at a pH level as low as 2.6, success is best achieved when the pH at which oxazolidine is introduced is at 4.0 or higher. The fixation rates of PELMATAN TX 25 are amplified when temperatures are increased and higher oxazolidine concentrations are present in the drum. PELMATAN TX 25 percentages depends upon mode of use. Application: PELMATAN Z should be applied before neutralisation to assist the up-taken and even distribution of other retanning materials. Application: RESINA TBS is a product for white retan of all types of leather; it has a good tanning action; it is recommended for bleaching chrome tanned leathers to obtain white skins and pastel colours with a most efficient light fastness. RESINA TBS provides fine texture and firm grain, with a good fullness of the leather. The percentages indicated for successful results vary from 2% to 4% of RESINA TBS powder, calculated on the weight of the shaved skin. Handling & Storage: 12 months when is stored in dry place
